I am fully insured through Balens Specialist Insurance Brokers, ensuring comprehensive cover for my services.
Terms & Conditions
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel a session in order to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable as this does not allow sufficient time to fill the appointment slot.
If you choose to cancel your Block Booking before completing all the sessions, please contact me via email. You will be charged the standard rate for each session attended, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Treatment times quoted do not reflect time spent on the massage couch. New clients should book a 90 minute treatment, to allow time for a 10-15 minute initial health consultation. Returning clients will have a shorter consultation.
I accept payments via my booking system.

GDPR
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) will supersede the Data Protection Act 1998, which was enacted to implement the 1995 EU Data Protection Directive. GDPR aims to provide individuals with greater control over how organisations utilise their personal data and to ensure uniformity in data protection laws across the EU.
GDPR categorises any information that can identify an individual as personal data, encompassing genetic, mental, cultural, economic, or social details. Furthermore, GDPR introduces a new set of 'digital rights' for EU citizens to safeguard against the increasing value of personal data in the digital economy. Organisations failing to adhere to GDPR regulations may face substantial penalties.
What Counts As Personal Data?
The EU has broadened the definition of personal data to encompass the categories of information that organisations currently gather about individuals, and online identifiers like IP addresses are now deemed as personal data. Other data, such as economic, cultural, or mental health information, is also regarded as personally identifiable information.
Pseudonymised personal data may also fall under GDPR regulations, depending on the degree of ease or difficulty involved in identifying the data's owner. Anything classified as personal data under the Data Protection Act is also categorised as personal data under the GDPR.

I may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in my practices or for legal reasons. I will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on my website. If you have any questions, concerns or would like to get in touch with me, please email hello@emmawebley.co.uk
